PRODUCTION TIME

All personalised products are printed and made to order, especially for you! Please allow 2-3 week (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your creation to be ready to post.

PRODUCT PROCESS

All designs are printed on fabric and then sewn together by hand. Please keep in mind that all graphic previews are representational only, the printed colours may vary from the prints on screen. For prints that have a white base, these also may vary. Fabric can change slightly during the setting and washing process. It may vary from a blue/white background, to a creamy white background depending on the colours in your particular print.

Step 1 – Design
After the order has been placed, the font and name you choose will be used to create a design file for the item.
Step 2 – Print
Once the design is confirmed, products are printed onto the fabric.
Step 3 – Sew
The printed fabric will be sewn together by hand by our expert tailors.
Step 4 -Ready to be shipped
Item will be packed and ready to be shipped to you!

CHANGE OF MIND

To decrease processing time and waiting period, we follow very strict printing schedule. As soon as your order is placed and payment is made, your order process begins.

After orders are placed, you will not be able to change or cancel your order and receive a full refund. After this time, the design and printing process begins, if there is a change of mind with spelling or design, it cannot be canceled or altered.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind.

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA

Standard delivery- please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after despatch. We use Poslaju as our official courier. We will update the tracking number by email once items have been shipped. You will be able to track your parcel every step of the way!

MISSING OR LOST PARCEL:

Using tracking services on all domestic services means that your parcel will be accounted for. It is very rare/unlikely that an item goes ‘missing’, but in the case an undelivered item/parcel, this is the procedure:
1. After a reasonable delivery timeframe has passed (between 7-10 business days is recommended), an enquiry will be lodged to investigate.
2. Enquiry may take up to 10 business days. After this time, if your order is not delivered, found or returned to either the sender or the recipient, please contact us hello@syanelle.com

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with the courier service centre if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note the tracking number that will be emailed to you.

Refunds will NOT be issued on packaged deemed “delivered”. We will only be able to offer a replacement once it is confirmed that item is lost. Please note that most courier services are experiencing some delays and we require up to 10 days for lost packages to be replaced. If you think your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, make sure to email us at hello@syanelle.com to handle this.
